  1. Bison 1.18 for Macintosh OS  (not A/UX, not MPW)

  3. This archive includes full original source and the Think C project
  4. needed to build Bison 1.18.  It also includes a precompiled application,
  5. ready to roll.  Please see the COPYING file for details about what
  6. you are allowed to do to the code, and other GNU licensing information.

  8. This port does not need MPW in order to run; it runs by itself under
  9. the MacOS.  An MPW version is already available at finer ftp sites
  10. near you.

  12. Bison is tool to generate language parsers for compilers, command
  13. interpreters, data file readers, etc.  It is compatible with the
  14. AT&T UNIX command "yacc" and generates better parsers.
